" 14 weeks ago my daughter tore her PCL and hamstrsing after taking a hard foul on a play. We did a course of Physical Therapy at another clinic and didn't think we would see her back on the field. After three weeks with Dr. Tara, she played two games last week and full 80 minutes this week. Wouldn't have been possible to see her run like she used to without Tara and Re-Form Physicl Therapy.
