Injury Prevention
Our injury prevention program is a comprehensive and proactive approach to safeguarding individuals from common injuries. Through a combination of personalized assessments, targeted exercises, and education on proper techniques, our program aims to enhance biomechanical awareness and resilience. Focused on identifying and addressing potential risk factors, we empower participants to build strength, flexibility, and optimal movement patterns, thereby reducing the likelihood of injuries. OUr goal is to foster long-term well being, allowing individuals to engage in their activities with confidence and minimize the impact of preventable injuries.

Package 1: 100% online programming designed for your body. Want to exercise but unsure of what to do? We will design a customized strength, cardio and mobility plan. App access on your phone to your program, ability to communicate as needed through in-app messaging and weekly check-ins for accountability,

Package 2: Hybrid online program and in-person sessions. Need a little more support? This program provides a customized strength, cardio and mobility program for your body via our customized app, as well as two in-person recovery sessions per month

Options to add customized nutrition counseling to online and hybrid program
